Shared by Vinnie, the footage captures a sweet toddler attempting to make friends with a haughty pelican, only to receive a ‘clap’ on the head with its beak! The child starts crying, and is swiftly moved away from the irate bird. “The pelican really bit him!” the filmer exclaimed to WooGlobe.
